Shipping Policy

All tidalwavewatersports.com & shop.tidalwavewatersports.com products are shipped using USPS Priority Mail or Fed Ex services. Allow one day for handling. We will provide shipping tracking information via email once your order has been shipped. USPS Priority mail typically arrives between 1 – 3 days. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We recommend considering using a trackable shipping service and / or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Items lost while shipping are not our responsibility.

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. Gift Cards can not be returned or refunded. Any unused credit on any gift card can not be exchanged for cash.
